آسیب‌شناسی پورنوگرافی اعتیادی در نوجوانان و شیوه‌های مواجهۀ والدین با آنها

چکیده

از مسائل نگران‌کننده در حوزۀ تربیت فرزندان، استفادۀ نوجوانان از محتواهای پورنوگرافی است. اگر این رفتار به‌شکل اجباری و اعتیادی تداوم یابد، می‌تواند پیامدهای منفی گسترده‌ای بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی نوجوان بر جای گذارد. والدین مسئول و آگاه در امر تربیت فرزند، در برابر این تهدید بی‌تفاوت نمی‌مانند و همواره این پرسش را دارند که در صورت مشاهدۀ رفتارهای اعتیادگونۀ نوجوان، چه اقداماتی می‌تواند به حفظ و حمایت از او کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی - اسنادی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مجازی، به بررسی پیامدهای اعتیاد به پورنوگرافی و ارائۀ راهکارهای پیشگیرانه و درمانی پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مجموعه‌ای از مداخلات می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش گرایش اعتیادی و تقویت توانمندی‌های نوجوان ایفا کند. این اقدامات، هم در سطح اصلاح شناخت‌ها و باورهای فردی و هم در مدیریت و بازسازی رفتارهای عملی ضرورت دارد. چنین راهکارهایی افزون بر کنترل وضعیت موجود، نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از تعمیق ناهنجاری‌های رفتاری دارند.

چکیده [English]

One of the concerning issues in the realm of child-rearing is adolescents' use of pornographic content. If this behavior persists compulsively and addictively, it can leave widespread negative consequences on various dimensions of an adolescent's life. Responsible and aware parents in the matter of child upbringing do not remain indifferent to this threat and constantly ask what actions can help preserve and support their child should they observe addictive behaviors in the adolescent. The present research, employing a descriptive-documentary approach and using library and virtual sources, has examined the consequences of pornography addiction and offered preventive and therapeutic strategies. The findings indicate that a set of interventions can play an effective role in reducing addictive tendencies and strengthening adolescent capabilities. Such measures are necessary both at the level of modifying individual cognitions and beliefs and in managing and restructuring practical behaviors. In addition to controlling the current situation, such strategies play a significant role in preventing the deepening of behavioral abnormalities.
